We are excited to announce that our digital recruitment offerings are growing and we are now searching for an additional Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. 

We are looking for someone who either has extensive experience in executive search and headhunting with a keen interest in the e-commerce industry OR someone with a strong background in e-commerce who has developed a passion for the art of recruiting the right talent and building teams for digital growth.

About the role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will provide qualified organizational advisory services, oversee the delivery of our recruitment projects, and sell our services to both existing and new clients. You will manage the entire recruitment process, including leading internal Search Associates. Your passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and achieving the highest standards of service delivery will be essential in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving and owning recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Leading the sales of our recruitment services.
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborating with our digital consultants and recruitment colleagues on tests and case studies.
• Contributing to the development of our recruitment offerings, processes, and methodologies.
• Delivering state-of-the-art service to both clients and candidates.
• Strategically managing our talent network.

Who We Are Looking For

• Have a broad network and are motivated by meeting new people.
• Enjoy working in relationship-based sales and building customer relationships.
• Are curious about search and selection in qualitative processes.
• Have experience in recruiting digital/technical expertise, either as a headhunter or for your own team.
• Understand and genuinely care about digital trends and business.
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
