About the role
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in shaping and rolling out creative marketing strategies for an exciting mix of brands. You’ll blend global brand goals with local market trends to create campaigns that stand out, launch new products, and plan media that gets noticed. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help grow the brands, boost visibility, and make an impact both in stores and online.

Puig is strengthening its position in the Nordic region with key recruitments, this being one of them. The Puig team will be sharing space with one of its brands, Byredo, by Mosebacke in Stockholm. In this position you will have one direct report in the Trade Marketing Manager, and you will report directly to the General Manager for the Nordics.
Responsibilities & key tasks
As the Marketing Manager, responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with global goals while addressing regional market needs.
- Manage 360° brand launches and activation calendars to ensure consistent growth across all channels.
- Identify gaps in marketing plans and propose effective ATL and BTL initiatives to activate brands.
- Create and present strategic marketing plans for retailers, emphasizing opportunities for category expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to refine strategies and drive growth.
- Lead media strategy and planning with agencies, ensuring campaigns are impactful and within budget.
- Oversee PR strategy execution in collaboration with PR agencies to deliver effective activations and campaigns.
- Provide pricing recommendations to ensure brand competitiveness and profitability.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and work with sales teams to enhance sell-in and sell-out outcomes.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Develop professional growth roadmaps for team members, enabling them to excel in their roles.
Who are you?
To succeed in the role as Marketing Manager you are or have:
- At least 5 years in brand management, category management, or a related marketing role.
- Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns in the luxury, FMCG, or cosmetics industries.
- Hands-on experience in both retail and digital marketing.
- Prior experience managing and developing team members.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and driving informed decisions.
- Highly organized self-starter with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborative and influential, with strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and sensitive to the nuances of luxury branding.
- Adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
