About the role

Are you passionate about driving website performance and lead generation in a dynamic B2B environment? We are seeking a passionate leader to drive our digital hub forward as the Head of Digital Growth. With a comprehensive strategy and operational focus, you will shape and optimize our digital presence, drive website performance, and generate leads in a dynamic B2B environment. You will be responsible for identifying and assessing needs across all markets – Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Germany and UK– ensuring that the right projects are prioritized for maximum impact.

Responsibilities & tasks

• Personnel responsibility for and lead a team of Digital Growth Managers, ensuring results align with set objectives.
• Develop and implement a holistic digital strategy tailored to our various offers and platforms.
• Oversee the overall performance of all websites within the group, including paid search strategy and digital performance.
• Formulate an effective keyword strategy to optimize our visibility across different markets.
• Coordinate and optimize collaboration with external agencies for paid search, ensuring our campaigns are results-driven.
• Support Digital Growth Managers and identify synergies between areas to maximize our digital growth.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly focusing on website management and optimization for lead generation in a B2B environment.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and paid search strategies, as well as relevant tools for B2B.
• Experience collaborating with digital marketing agencies to drive successful campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions impacting traffic and conversions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve common goals.

Working Relationship
The Head of Digital Growth will report to the CMO in Sweden and work closely with the rest of the marketing management group within the HVD Group.
